These terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all supplies of goods in any capacity made by GLOS s.r.I. (hereinafter referred to as Supplier). Any written and verbal commitments of agents, distributors and collaborators of GLOS s.r.I. shall not bind GLOS s.r.I. unless expressly confirmed by written approval of GLOS S.r.l..
Transportation is provided exclusively by contracted couriers, unless otherwise agreed.
All list prices are per piece and exclusive of VAT and transportation.
In case of late payments with respect to the terms agreed upon in the order, default interest will be applied to the extent established by art. 5 of Legislative Decree 231/02. Default interest will automatically commence, without the need for notice of default, from the due date of the payment term indicated in the invoice. The Supplier shall have the right to reimbursement of the costs incurred to recover the unpaid amounts in addition to any greater damages suffered and the return of the delivered products with costs borne by the Customer. Any irregularity in payments entitles the Supplier to cancel or suspend the supply of products to the Customer.
Any defect or shortage of goods must be reported in writing to the Supplier within eight days of the delivery date. Total or partial returns of goods will not be accepted unless previously authorized by the Supplier. Any anomaly, damage, or shortage must be noted on the transport document in the presence of the carrier, noting the wording "goods accepted subject to inspection," specifying the damage found. Claims will not be accepted if the above is not complied with by the Customer.
The goods remain the property of the Supplier until full payment of the price.
In the event of incorrect order fulfillment, the Supplier is responsible for the value of the goods ordered, and in no case for a higher value. The Supplier is never responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use of the product sold.
The Supplier has the right to assign its credit towards the Customer to third parties.
Goods are returned carriage paid starting from €500.00 (net of discounts). For lower amounts, a €15.00 shipping fee will be charged.
For any dispute, the parties elect Italian jurisdiction and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Reggio Emilia.
The Supplier's processing of Customer data is carried out exclusively for purposes related to fulfilling the obligations undertaken and for any other legal obligations.
